1) change your water pump if it is leaking that will be a source for your heat problems.
2) if you still have heat issues after a new water pump then check your heater core.
I had the same problem for a while and it was my waterpump. then had the same issue later but turned out my coolant was freezing in my heater core so I had to beef up my coolant.
