This is making me nervous about swapping engines. I know PA is pretty relaxed compared to cali, but still....

thats awesome to hear. i remember back when you were thinking about selling it. how did you fix the egr problem? hope i can see this setup someday dont see many mx3's around in cali and with a klze in it

If you guys do enough researching, espically on probetalk, you can find threads like these that help you out pass emissions.

Really, from what I have read, as long as your engine is in good shape (no bad piston rings), you do basic tune up, make sure your exhaust O2 Sensors are connected, CAT is ok and you make sure all the vacum hoses are connected and in good shape

You should be able to pass emissions
