What's a GSR-DE?
A bit confused Matt. Do you have a an MS8 or Eunos engine?
Or, a KLDE with Kl31 cams. If this is the case, the cams will not make it a ZE. Piston type and compression is also a player amongst other unique ZE items.
Or, was the KLDE swapped out for true KLZE (J-Spec MX6 / Millennia)?

It was the only option for GS-DE but the car is sold now and got another one. This one is pure KLZE, 31 cams, 31ecu, straight intake.
