If you read my post you will see I said when I'm 'race changing' - not daily driving. It is not something I do very often , and no the clutch will not burn out becuase of this- we're talking a tenth of a second here- the revs don't have time to shoot so far and besides which, that is what the clutch is for, its a consumable. Besides the synchro it could be a gear linkage not aligned properly but again I think not.

yea not letting off the gas when shifting in a race...called speed shifting...and it will eventually be the death of a clutch...i want some more opinions on this people...on speed shifting.

i had this same problem

im sure its cause its the f25 tranny

and of course i blew mine :D

g25 FTMFW

but personly i think its due to shifting to fast and the tranny just cant take it

yeah im sure not to many trannys in this world can handle shifting like me, i aint mad at my transmission, cuz honestly i know im too good at this shifting deal.
