Hehe,

Unfortunately I have no-fault insurance, and so do 99% percent of the other Canadian drivers. I'm pretty sure that means we can't sue eachother after a car accident. (it was explained to me by someone at school so I may not be correct.)

umm I dont know about that...

My brother once barely tapped someone in the rear. When i mean, "barely tapped" I mean he just left a small dent and she was able to get a $20,000 out of the insurance company because supposebly her neck was hurting
