[FS] Lambo Hinges SOLD

Kevin, I was going by my conversations/ emails that I had directly with Shea too in the Spring of '05. These started out as a generic set but later attempted to be restructured to fit the MX3 by Shea. A process I believe that Shea fell short on and never really saw to a professional type of conclusion. As you said, and what's been already acknowledged, is that considerable work would still be required to install these that required grinding, and the banging out of metal. Not quite the install one would look forward too when believing that it would be a mere plug-n-play install as most other professional units would usually be. Although not quite the refined product yet, I'm sure they'll find a suitable home and Havoc will be able to make a suitable sale in the process.

Nice to hear that Jarid, has got something on the burner for this. An actual "made for the MX-3" set of Lambo hinges that were designed and meant for the MX-3 would be a lofty project / item. Falls into the same category as projector Xenon headlights I would think - something that would truly be, a well sought after item. Between Adam and Jarid, perhaps some real good things can develope wrt lambo hinges.

I have had the CAD drawings for a while...I got a set cut out last year and just have been looking for a set to look at so I can get everything welded in the right spot. I have access to a good laser cutting facility and have good welding skills. Just need to SEE a set to get em alll welded up!! I also have access to a powdercoating machine so this could be done too!!

this is why i didnt want to start giving out pics of them because i knew this was going to happen so i get screwed on hinges that i cant use because i dont have my mx3 anymore please someone take these off my hands they are taking up space and they are going to help pay for a new vehicle

the pics are everywhere now that i see the pics you posted. They are the exact pics on shea's site. If they are the single shock design maybe we can work something out.

Come to find out these hinges are NOT from Shea. They are a copy of Shea's design.

first of all, if you bought something when its for a car & one that doesnt have much after market support dont expect to get your investment back. It is not our problem on this board whether u are loosing money or not

Thanks for NOT getting back to me! I hope you got what money you were looking for. Can you please let me know who you sold them to so I can pay them to borrow them for a day?
