Lowering springs and 15" or 16" rims, any good sit

So there really isnt a reason to go with 15x7
16x6 or 16x6.5 is good enough

But dosent getting 15x6s improve handling and traction?

I used 2" lowering springs and 15x7 konig rims with 205/55 and they sat right at the fenderwell. Looks bad a-- but tears through the outsides of the tires. Toe messes up even though I used camber bolts.
