no, 96' and up is 22 mm. stock for 95' and below is definatly 20 mm. and to my knowledge RS and GS are the same but i could be wrong there.

comes with bushings. Made no mention of endlinks or anything else. I'd assume it comes with any nuts and bolts needed.

My 93 manual shows the spec to be 20mm although on the 100-150 MX-3's I poked and prodded over the years a large number of the Canuck GS had a 22mm solid rear bar in '93-'95 and all the '96 GS I looked at had 22mm bars. Back in the late '90s I had a company in Southern Alberta make me several bars of various diameters from 21mm to 25.4mm. Addco supplied the bushings and my shop machined special aluminum brackets for the 23mm, 24mm and 25.4mm bars. I think the total out lay for 5 different bars, bushings and bracket was under CN$150 + a pizza & 2 two-fours.

I put in the whiteline today. It does make a noticable difference. It was about the easiest thing to put on that I've ever done too.
