thats -50C not F
basically the same thing. -40C = -40F. -50C = -58F = really damn cold

we ottawa people regularly see -35C and on occasion we'll see like -45C without windchill. :freak:

We've been lucky in calgary here too, hasn;t really snowed yet. Supposed to be clear up until the end of the month too :D

nope that -50 celcius...wich is pretty mucht he same in farenhite. is fo real and thats without windchill...up north there are acculy polar bears...then you hit the territories and its like a fricken white blanket.

It may get reeeeally cold in the winter up here, but atleast our houses dont blow away all summer. :wink:

its hard to see but the snow was up to the middle of my door, and was all the way over my bumpers....needless to say it took a long time to dig the car out :(

Oh that really bites ..... not. No snow here Brandon. Occasional dusting but it's gone by noon. Oh the tribulations of living in the "sno-belt" ... LOL.

Over here in Hick-ville Oregon, we close schools everytime it snows...


But from the sound of it, you guys wouldn't have school all year..What do you do about that? Just learn to drive in it?

i've even seen people who close their eyes while they drive, the theory is if you cant see it its not there :P


heh...

Rairly though, these big ole tucks with plows drive down the road and all the snow moves outa the way. Its like magic. :wink:
