E85 is corrosive, anything that contains the fuel (ie gas tank, fuel pump, gas lines fuel rails, injectors exct, all have to be made from stainless steel.

Look into getting parts from a ford taurus EEV (3.0L)

It gives a simple explanation of E85, with it's benefits and drawbacks. Popular science also just ran an article explaining the variety of alternate fuel choices that we are currently deciding upon, I'll try and find it at lunch and post it.
