Is this the correct kit?
Seems there are two kinds of kit for the 90-93 Acura.

I did it for better gas mileage, and to have a filter that never needs to be changed.

Maybe I'm not looking close enough but is there no hole where the filter is at? I figured you would have to saw out a hole for cold air to hit the intake filter but I dont see it in this walkthrough. Also, what tool did you use to cut the piping?

Some people have chosen to cut a hole out behind the bumper in order for fresh air to enter the intake... it may provide slightly better hp but has yet to be dyno'd... if u live in a dry environment and are willing to cut a hole in ur car go for it... otherwise as far as i know not worth it especially if u plan on driving in the rain

What tool did you use to cut the piping? I'm planning on ordering an Integra intake now from eBay for my KLZE.

not true about relocating your overflow tank. i did the intake conversion and my overflow stayed where it origanaly was.

What are you doing with the small ?vaccum? pipe, just in front of the VAF on the airbox.

Its a 4mm internal diameter.

Think of tapping a line into the piping, does it need to be before the VAF like the oem fitment ? Its a lot eaiser to run it to bafter the vaf.........but do I even need to bother, can I blank it off.

You can see it on this pic ( also showing the bonnent stay mod ) between the vaf and the bolt for the OEM air filter housing.
