Agree w/PoisonDrop. Many older retirees with badly Florida-sun-damaged lenses might not even have internet access or know how to use a PC. Remember, the Web only "went public" starting in any kind of big way around 10 years ago. There are plenty of ppl in their 60's, 70's and up who never bothered to get familiar with PC's and the Internet.Custommx3 wrote:EVERYONE has access to the FAQ, just noone reads them.
