have you ever seen a car go 110K miles w/o an oil change? I have...it was an 88 civic. That's all the proof I need.

Honda is reliable. I've had a couple Civics as beaters to rack hi-miles commuting. Beat the living crap outta those cars and they kept on ticking. Called em my go ta hell car cuz that's where it was going to be driven. Honda styling is blah at best though IMO. As far as performance, why even go there since the styling is so vanilla? Honda functional engineering is superb but their design styling dept. needs new blood.

It's been done before - sorta, Some guy a while back out wrecked his done up civic but the motor was pretty built so he put it into a 323 IIRC, but the sad thing was he became an outcast everywhere of course the mazda guys didn't want him because we don't really like hondas. And the honda guys didn't want him cause they're strictly HOMO's < note: homo stands for HONDA MOTORSPORTS> :(.... Damn if I could just find that page, it was pretty crazy.
