NEVER use Guaranteed to Pass!!! First off it's a scam, and if you read the fine print on the instructions, they don't guarantee anything! I've heard from many people and customers that it actually made their readings worse, just like you in your case.
Run your tank empty of that stuff... I think it does more harm than anything good.
Do they check your air filter, like if you have one in? In Vancouver, Canada we have these stupid AirCare tests too... try fill up with Ethanol gas (Mohawk we have up here), take out your air filter, add some fuel injector cleaner, oil change and put in this stuff... I'll have to ask my boss, he calls it rocket fuel haha... but it helps the gas burn cleaner and it's not some TV scam stuff.
