To tie the VRIS open you'd just twist the valve to the open position and zip tie it so it stays that way. They move quite easily.

Well, I called Bully today, and visually, I can confirm it's not a Stage 3, however even if it's a Stage 2, it should be able to handle about 77% over stock, or about 220ft/bls, which, as much as I would like to be, should not be pushing. Also, he said an easy way to try it is to put the car in 5th gear, about 4000rpms and floor it, and it should hit redline pretty quick enough making the car go faster, but I've done what before without noticing anything (and the car is SMOOTH at 200km/h

Use MSD Window Switches to control your VRIS. They work great. That or get a Megasquirt and use the programmable outputs for your VRIS points. Windows switches are real easy to install. There is a ton of info about them on probetalk.
