dood my lips are BEAT TO FOCK but it doesn't matter, the contrast between the gunmetal and the silver is so great that you can't tell unless you are VERY close to the rim that they are beat up peices of crap.

The main reason I did the "polished lip" look is b/c it makes it look like I have aftermarket wheels when I don't.

Plus the stock wheels are just screaming for some kind of overhaul. I still think they are the GAYEST wheels ever conceived on this planet! I'd rather rock daisy flower power wheels than these queer a-- "honeycomb" wheels lol

Question:

Would I be able to paint my wheels with engine enamel? Here's the link to the product I am looking at. It's all I can seem to find that has a nice gloss black.

http://www.duplicolor.com/products/engine.html

Thanks.

you can paint it with house paint...doesn't matter, but it probably won't last quite as long.

My roomate's black escort GT wheels are what inspired me to paint mine, and he used 99 cent laquer crap you buy at walmart. The stuff didn't chip off or flake

So i'm guessing the 500 degree engine stuff will work fine, although I'd get caliper 900-1500 degree just to be safe since the wehel can heat up pretty badly if you use the brakes a lot
