hey join the club, i got a s--- motor too. but it's going back in on friday...
good luck with the engine problems, i know how crappy it feels.

Why don't you guys add to the Swap FAQ or make another? The one on this site is lame, jumbled in with html and doesn't go into details other than 'swap your sensors over'.. I personally think there are a couple more tricks than that.

Well..after looking around...figured out it is the turbo. Time for a rebuild...
better than a whole frickin motor.

that's good news. if you don't have a place locally that can do it you might want to check out cheapturbo.com, they rebuilt mine and it came back looking brand new.

Ya...the guy doing the motor can do it. He is a turbo shop...DSM mostly. I am the only Mazda he has ever touched. I am super happy that my car will be alive again...just need that shiny FMIC to get here...

HOOORAY! It's all put together! I am waiting on my exhaust to get done and to tune it. I will post some in progress pics lata!!
