wow that much boost on an open deck block i thought the v6s were closed deck? are those the stock sleeves?

yeah stock sleeves.
Matt Maas is currently running over 20+ pounds off boost and making 475whp on his KL

hey guys..just got my heads too..

got czt retainers and locks in there
interprep springs, stock klze valve, and duratec (hat style) valve seals
the heads was decked, valve seat were done and the heads were cleaned in and out

their are on the engine right now...smells turbo :D

How much did you shave the heads? I took roughly .025 off of mine and the timing was screwed, the timing belt jumped after 4k. I had to resleeve idler pulley No. 2 2mm's to take the slack out of the belt in a certain position. Now I think the belt is too tight. This was all done on a set of DE heads, the ZE heads are actually higher compression, most people would say I'm nuts but I've seen enough of them and it clear to see the deck is thicker on the DE heads.

not sure about the decking..I'll ask tomorrow. They were almost perfect when I gave them my heads..They should not have taken much off of it
