Custom Projector light (01-03 Civic Aftermkt) pics

What year and type of civic projector was it?

Been waiting awhile to see projectors on an MX-3. Looks sweet, if you could give us any info on how we all could do this, I know I would appreciate it.

They look great! I would pay for those, much much would you like? If someone is willing to re-fabricate a few sets of these lenses I'd be willing to buy them at a reasonable cost.

I have a pretty stupid question; what did you use for the outer piece of what used to be plastic on our cars? I doubt you got the grooves out of the OEM one, so what exactly did you get to make that? Thanks

dood, you kick a$$!! can't wait to read that how-to. They look pretty decent for being a custom-fit job. I might buy myself a set for like $130 and take the chance...if i f' em up then, oh well.

The projectors are from 2001 Honda Civic and if I come across another set sure no problem, as for the lense I cut to the shape of the mx-3's and kept it a bit larger to fit snugly behind the fender and bumper & to also prevent moisture that occurs in Altezza's you can find the similar light here projectors

[/QUOTE]Too much of a hassle to modify the bumper and fenders so did the easy bake oven method , I placed the projectors in oven at 350 degrees until crispy , pried them apart at seams and measured them to the mx-3's... surprisingly not to much difference just larger and odd shaped at edges. I then cut off the excess sealed them back up ... I also had to take off some of the rear to fit it in the radiator support area. not bad for a days work , I think I may put a turn signal into the outer Projector housing ... not sure about the 3rd housing any suggestions ? Wait, you say you pried them apart and measure them to the mx's...measured what part of the civic lights to what part of the mxs lights?
I must say, that looks SICK. I am definitely going to try that....well done
