I actually asked the same question to the guy I contacted with(by email) just a minute ago so we will find out tonight.

I also emailed Jeff for permission to do this groupbuy so I'll be watching the board tonight to keep you guys update.

No reply from Jeff yet but I got the reply from the guy I'm dealing with.

here is the email below:

"if broken during shipping all you need to do is make a claim with UPS and they will replace your neons, i cant warranty broken during
shipping items, but if they ever break just send me those neons back with a return postage label and i will send those right back out to you
just as long as they are under the warranty explanations. as of right now i have in stock:
10 orange
12 red
5 green
3 blue
2 purple
3 white

i can get all colors you want that streetglow makes but it will take a couple days for me to go over and get them. whats the list you have so
far?

Groupbuy is for:
Brand new Streetglow Gold Series undercar kit neon with 9500v transformer and covered under the limited lifetime warranty through StreetGlow.

Cost :
$200 cnd. shipping included anywhere in Ontario, Canada. Anywhere outside Ontario will cost a little more because items must be all ship to my address to get the package deal for shipping. But since my Brother works as shipper in company where we work, I can ship it with good discount. I myself will add $5 cnd to send to Jeff as support donation to MX-3.com site. It's up to you if you want to send donation which will be send to MX-3.com account and not mine.

Payment method:
I prefer "Paypal" which I think is the fastest or email "money transfer". I can also accept check but I must receive it by Wednesday so i will still have time to put it on my credit card account.

i was thinking Wednesday this week but MRmx3 is right about not enough time for most of us so next Wednesday it is, February 18.Since we haven't got any permision from Jeff yet. updated list below:

but hear this...if any three of you guys will want to do it this week and can send me the money by tomorrow, just pm me or email me at encoresuper7@yahoo.com and as soon as Jeff permits us we can do one shipment first(4 kits). For the rest I will talk to Eric since He said one package consists of max 4 kits and still let him know that it will be part of this groupbuy.....the items will still be sent to my place(work actually) to get the shipping discount.
