I went to a body shop to repair my hood and it cant be. The repair estimate was $560 and because of where the hood is dammaged they will not guarantee that it wont crack again. Because the seal that holds the fiberglass to the carbon fiber broke. They said it wouldnt be safe. Also risk of dammaging cf during repair. I guess the purpose of this message is to get insuranc when you order a hood and insist that the shipper(pakfeifer)mark the box properly as fragile. Also not to use greyhound courier express. Use UPS or some other expensive shipping company. Its worth it in the long run to receive your hood in one piece. I guess if pakfeifer doesnt replace the hood I learn a hard lesson $600 lesson that I wouldnt want anyone else on mx3.com to experience. I wouldnt want this to happen to anyone else and if I dont get a replacement I dont think I'll ever order from them again, would any of you? I've never ordered any body parts by mail before so this is all new to me. Sucks, especialy after such a long wait.

Firstly, it's not your fault the box wasn't marked fragile or packaged properly. So it's not your lesson to learn. Secondly, if the issue is taken care of properly, ya I'd order from them again. It would show they're a stand-up business that stands behind their product and are customer support driven. That being said, I e-mailed Jeff on the 23rd and got a great speedy reply (thanks Jeff), and he was going to pass the info on to Oscar to contact me. I've since e-mailed Oscar, and it's been 4 days since that one and still no reply. So in total 2 weeks waiting for an answer....

Oskar has been quick to deal with my problem. As others have assured me he would, im sure he will get back to you as well quickly. Like I said before anyone can imagine how it feels to have this happen and I just reacted before talking to Oskar because I was mad. My intention was not to make his business look bad, I have been scammed so many times before by other people outside mx3.com in daily life that I have learned not to trust anyone, and think the worst first. I shouldnt have posted a message here unless I was 110% sure I was delt with bad or delt with a bad company which Pakfeifer is not. I appoligize to Oskar and Pakfeifer.
