Hold up hold up. My AIM name is ImDatNl99a and my aol name is illakilla2g and MX-3.com name is illakilla, but I in no way even know who SikBluMX3 is nor have I ever offered my car to Mitmaks. I don't know where he got this from but it wasnt me. Also, moderators please check my account compared to anyone else's on this forum. I only have this one name and I don't know why people threw my name out here, especially a moderator. Please talk to me before you go out telling people I'm in on a scam or something.

Update:

As I thought, no answer from Antonio, so I went ahead and filed my complaint through Consumer Affairs at the District Attorney's office. This process will probably take a month or two, but is the most effective. I hope they press charges against him and put him back in jail. Then he can pay me restitution, even though he pays it through the DOA's office and they pay me. Either way, he's going to pay.

Jeff, doesn't this UBB software archive the IP's of each user? I know vBulletin does. So if there is a member posing as someone else, you can put their IP in and see what other user account names they are using.
