I'm pretty sure the purpose of this board is to gather information. Information is understood not interpreted. The easiest way to get information understood is to display it in a manner which the majority can understand it. T*ping with a wh*le lotta w**ds y*u h*ve to int*rp*et sl*ws the fl*w of in*ormat*on, and makes it NOT fun... get the point? :p

ROFLMAO Don't underesimate us Automatic MX3's just be cause we have one less gear lol althought the Auto Tranny in the MX3 IS THE ****IEST TRAN EVER CREATED it's pathetic i've had to get mine rebuilt twice since i bought it in August (or was it july :S) oh well what evah still ****ing fast enought to toast any ****ing ricer who thinks there gonna pretend to be street racer. i might as well teach them what the Difference between a Racer and a Ricer is ^_^ although one thing i hate about the Auto Tranny you can lose control to easily due to understeering because you have no way of down shifiting at a most crucial moment i.e about to go into the ditch ah well whateverand oh ya the HOLD BUTTON SUCKS lol but there is a trick i created that allows you to Gain speed by allowing you to rev the Engine faster at about 5000 or 6000 RPMS in a techniquie a call Double Button In LOL

quote:
you can hook the wire up to a hot wire instead of an accessory wire

you can't wire it that way. the ecu will reset itself and set a trouble code and go into safe mode. i have never tested this so im not sure if will shift fine in this mode..or shift at all. your definatley risking something for nothing.
And for the rest of u guys..
this is a informative bulletin board. I come here because i actually take pride in my knowledge in these cars. In saying that, i post to help. If someone makes you mad or says something you dont like IGNORE it... you are not forced to respond. topics like this turn people away from posting important information.
