Re: Meet 3rd

no, not the time...the store's system, from their old one, to the one i'm putting in. its more than half done now, so i COULD make it to the meet, but they want to switch to the new system at midnight, which means i'v got to stick around till then to tear out all the old equipment and finalize everything. and might as well count me out for next week too, going to a Skinny Puppy concert

HAHAHA....no, my best was 15.3, pretty bad...major wheelhop (so bad that my CAI fell off), traction issues and 3rd gear syncros aren't happy with racing. I usually hold back a bit on launches because of it, but there was this one race against a turbo nissan (dont remember the model), i had him until 3rd gear, and he pulled a 14.6-something, the shift into third doesnt go in smooth and actually grinds. Until i get a new, or fixed gearbox, upgrade the suspension to reduce wheelhop and tires to improve traction, i'll have a hard time getting 14's

Lol, it was a good night but poor turnout, most people were from TO and i guess it was raining all day up there so they didn't come, but it was great, the bad part is there was 13sec civics...there nothing worse than loosing to a civic, but the one guy, man, what a joke, couldn't launch, couldnt shift, it was funny as hell, we were all laughing at him. My boss in his Cadillac STS did a 14.88 with traction control on, his best was 15.8 with traction off
