if it was online and the guy wrote the owner/operator of mx-3.com and asked to take it down i think thats fair and there's no reason to put it back up without the copyright holders express written permission.

I guess thats the rub. Is he the owner? Did this bloke only say it so he can sell the CDs? Does anyone care?

But having been asked to remove it, I wouldn't put it back on this site without permission. But I WOULD put it on another site and see if the request is made again.

I emailed Mazda and gave a link to this thread. Hope they come and respond here.

thats the exact same thing they sent me when i asked for VIRS points on a 97 Millenia
