thats a KL-DE, at leas the manifold is, technically is is a straight neck but not a KL-ZE straight neck

None of these are mine, but are all fine examples of KLZE. Hats off to the people that did them.

Those last 2 bays are probes. Still nice bays though :froggie_red:

Am I blind? I don't see a straight neck KLZE and I would certainly know one when I see one.
yes you are blind, you had to click on cosmo959's link to see them.

But paparoached aint blind :p

by the way MikeUK.... that last one in the probe is a work of art

yea it is but i dont think the probe ones are KL-ZEs, why didnt they use the straight neck manifold?

thats right... those 2 are definetly DE's.... thats ok, De's are welcome

(Im doing the klde swap this winter along wiith 5 speed swap) :D thats partially why i made this post im starting to buy parts and gettin excited about it

the only bad part about the straight neck is you have to move the battery and if you dont have an emergency cut off switch, they wont let you race...at least not here.

well, when ya do it you should get ya a curved neck manifold, almost like putting a KL-ZE intake on a KL-DE they get a few ponies from it

I don't think you can put a straight neck ZE into an MX-3, it will hit the brake master cylinder. You have to use curved neck manifold, but you could put a regular DE manifold in the mx-3.

yeah, i think vlad's pic is the A-spec(de?), and cosmo is the jspec(ze).

roached has the one best suited for us, the ms8 (millenia a-spec?) one.

actually it was a straight neck motor that i put the intake and tb off a millenia on, i wanted to make sure i got the 10:1 compression and KL31 cams
