Don't worry to much for accomodation cost, we don't want people to get bankrupt for that meet! For an hotel in NYC, it gonna be quite cheap, jsut enough to have a plesent week-end without compromising to much on quality!

Mx-West Club: I know it's quite hard for you guys, maybe you can get lodging in Toronto on one night in their clubs, it could help! You guys can handle quite big meets for the number of people you are, a bit like the Atlanta folks. If only 4-5 people from you club comes, it would already be terrific!

Toronto club: I need a special contact in your club to organize that on your side. Your club is too big to handle that only by myself, and I'm already in charge for Quebec, and I even get some help for that! If anyone is interested, let me know! etienne.daoust@bnc.ca

Yeah, but once we get there we'll have a place to stay with my sister in Queens. Hopefully, that would'nt be a problem for the 3, or 4 of us to stay there. :)

I expect a lot of swaped car, just from Montreal there should be about 10 klze, not to mention bpt and others! We gonna rent about 25 4 peoples rooms in a nearby hotel, so the party shouldn't be to far from there!

it's a 3 days run for west coaster. Even if we put that half a day more central, we only gonna help about 10 people but will make the trip twice as long for the other 70 or so... It will probably not be the only major meet, but for now, it's thje first one and we try to accomodate a maximum of people. And if we consider a few people from Europe Too, it's gonna be quite central after all!

I'm down. I live in Queens so its no sweat off my back to get there. Also, like I suggested for earlier NYC meets, we should meet up at Flushing Meadows Park. Its close to Manhattan, Brooklyn, and theres lots of hotel accomidations since the park houses the US Open Tennis Center and Shea Stadium. And its got a subway station that goes straight to Times Square for all the tourists. Just something to think about...

be sold in the mx-3 webstore? well just a thought...
