well mine are up and running! (thanks loads barry) and look freakin sweet.. but its weird cuz on some days they will fold in, but not back out! i was freaked out.. but most times they work perfectly. might need a relay for more power, but i duno... i love flappin at people goodbye

would protege mirrors fit?

Well i have lots of friends in Japan, am suppose to go there this Christmas if i get my passport renewed in time.

I just emailed my friends in Japan to check the price on the mirrors. Hope they get back to me with some good news.

dont get me wrong, the mirrors are sick, but what the real purpose of having power folding mirrors? is it just the novelty of having them?

aaa over 140 for mirrors? wtf o.0 I can get those mirror glass for around 40 bucks a pair made new

Well, i like the novelty. I have my car wired so this will be no biggie. i will wire them to close when the car shuts off and open when started.

also so they dont stick out
to many times ive seen D!ckheads drive by in their oversized POS trucks and smash some cars mirror

yep yep.. i throw the switch just for the hell of it when i park the car. yea it's just a novelty feature to have but its just so damn cool

They have 2 purposes.

One for parking on small streets (aka Japan's streets)

2 for shipping in containters, whuch is why almost every imported car has manual folding mirrors.

I got mine on ebay about a year ago.
