thanks Rik... i do plan on making it so that the frame work wouldnt be on the final product. we want light n style.. not style and an anchor, lol. i know what ur talking about when it comes to that tool, i just dont know where the hell to get one, or rigid foam either. see my orig. idea with cardboard came from my jobs, i work at a bakery and OfficeMax... so lotsa n lotsa cardboard, but, lol, scrapped the idea. i think with the framework idea, i can make my lines match better. take and figure the curve, draw it on poster board, cut it out, and lay over the MDF to make my skeleton pieces. in the end, after all the frame work, resin on some fleece, then do a layer or 2 of alum. foil, then make the glass up. that way, i actually have a male to female. then do like i would with the foam plug. i realize that it will be time consuming, but im in no big hurry with this, just the idea that i can have a kit thats not on the market and totally my own will be worth the wait.

i also wanted to thro this sketch at you all.. i need input, bad, good, ugly, already on market etc.

*note i will not be doing the rx7 hatch conversion, id rather get a BP*
