I've been in Newark, i'm not sure i know where georgetown is though. But it is possible. It's actually illegal in MD to cover your tail lights like Barry and Mazdagirl did. But what i did works out great for the whole scheme of my car. I'm happy w/it.

REALLY its illegal...... never got pulled over for mine what part of md are you from jason
