the back is your temp thermosensor, don;t mess with thatl.. its reads the temp of the motor in a .01 to .5 volt range. mess with that and your car will run like s---.. like if your coolant is low and that sensor is not submerched it will read 0 and ecu's don;t like zero!

no its ok to swap necks.. pain in the but tho,, i just tapped mine took all of 5min to do.

tapped yours, so you grabbed the sensor from the k8 grabbed a drill bit and tapped a hole in the coolant neck and shoved the sensor in then just plugged it into the ZE wiring harness? or where abouts did you wire it to?
