Need serious help, no spark please read

The terminal at Pin F was in great shape. I dont think poking it with the ohm meter lead helped, but who knows? I am just happy that the car is fixed, even if I cant fully explain it!

Although, I do think that the low battery voltage had something to do with it. 11.8V isnt terribly low, but it must have not been enough juice. Once I put a different battery in and cranked it a few different times, I started getting more power at Pin F.

I plugged back in the 2.5 ECU and the car wont start with it. Its weird though. It does everything it is supposed to as far as lighting up the CEL, turning on the fuel pump and relays under the hood, but it just cranks and cranks. So, off I search for another KL48 ECU...
