I swapped the throttle linkage and spring from my k8 onto my 2.5. It took a little bit of modifying the throttle cable bracket. I had to weld a piece onto it to act as a stopper so the throttle didn't go past WOT. If done right, you can adjust your throttle cable so it will only allow the butterfly to go to WOT, but I wanted a stopper regardless. Also, the spring acts as a double spring. You have the option to have the tension of two springs or one. Dang I wish I had a way to put some pictures up Pictures are so much easier than words in a case like this.
