well it seems to me that corksport isnt doing much to resovle the problem, the customer does have some reasponsiblity but i think the company should take a lil more of it to insure that the correct part(s) reachs the buyer

Everybody always whines about how bad Corksport is-- but I have never had any problem.
I have ordered A LOT of things through them. Never had a problem.
I am glad that Corksport is around-- think about where the MX-3 scene would be without them. It would be non-existant.
I think the products that Corksport has made available is part of the reason why the MX-3 IS getting to be popular.
So sometimes they can be a little slow and Ben can be an idiot. Big deal. I always deal with Derrick-- maybe thats why I dont have a problem. Anyway- I hate that you got treated bad- but call them and talk to Derrick or the owner Richard Harris.
They distribute parts and make it a lot easier for us to fix up our rare cars. They could just as easily drop the entire MX-3 line because they are tired of our *****ing. I am grateful they are around.
Think about it.
Thank you Corksport.

i have had some bad problems with them but all of them have been resolved.. Calling them gets immediate results.. espically when the lost one of my orders =] was overnighted to me without me askinging to bumpo up the ****pent.. they could have said it was on backorder but jusyt did the truthyl right thing.. said they would get it taken care of and they did..

every time they have wronged me they do something to right themsleves.. they can be slow to server but the service i recive has never been excpetionally bad..
and they put that information on the contact ifo becuase its humanally impossible to track information of that volumne, i used to moderat for a oline game i would have to sort then anywhere from 100-500 emails a day.. its difficule to remeber what goes where.. i imagien they recived similar volumne in emails..

I have ordered many things from them and will continue to.(they have things I cant get elsewhere). I personally have never had a problem because I do call and I say what I want specificly. And I make sure they have what I ordered , Correct before I hang up with them.

I personally don't like dealing with people that I can't see. Hell I still would rather withdraw money from a teller, than an atm. PTBNL you're right! You should have just dealt with Onderground. If you were disappointed with something then you could go there and complain face to face. A picture of you pissed is worth 1000 words.
However, Onderground sucks for service. But it is my belief that most of the service in this industry sucks! Most of these companies don't seem to care for your individual business, because they know that if you don't buy it, someone else will. Hence the reason why you might as well suck it up and go see them yourself.
worth = $.02 CDN
one

The lenses are on back order, I guess I can't get them, and I don't know when I will be able to.
Ben sent me this email:
"I'm finding out the soonest I can get you a set of those lenses. I will let
you know as soon as I know."
Looks like Ben is trying to come through for me. Maybe I was a little harsh, I know what it's like to deal with 100 people a day and have one of them say "remember how I told you...." and you haven't an idea what they were talking about.
Some of you raised some valid points about Corksport and where the community would be without them. It seems for the most part they're doing a good job. I should also mention that during the ordering stages, Ben was pretty good with his service and phone calls, it was just this one little thing that was mixed up. I guess I should have just made the phone call when I first realized my order was wrong.
