Slow power windows

When the motors that run the windows up and down stert wereing out the windows will roll up really slow. Is going up noticably slower than going down? if so the motors may be worn because it uses the motors to bring down the windows as well as dringing then up. This is what I know from my firebird, I've not dissasembled the doors on an MX yet but i'm sure power windows are power windows all the same.

I had the same problem with the drivers side window. The window was binding against the guides on the back of the door (ie furthest towards the rear of the car) a litle bit of lubricant has solved the problem.
