I think I saw the dash moving. Anyway, I'm from California, and part Hispanic, and this car, sad to say is common. I've seen worst, thats just the style they like, but I do think he went overboard with the interior.

The guy selling it is probably a little slow. It's gotta be a joke.

So sad to disgrace a Mazda like that. Maybe he killed Elmo for his fur coat.
