only thing that isgoing toi make the 1.6 faster is some type of forced induction such as a trubo or n20

Jarid's running 10 or 12 pounds on his 1.6 DOHC and its not "blowing up".

To the guy who said that turboing the MX3 1.6 DOHC will blow it up, I have been running up to 10psi on my DOHC engine and the car is still going fine.
I have been turbocharged for over a year now.
It all has to do with setup and tuning.
