correct me if i'm wrong guys, but i don't think that's gonna fit perfectly. the protege is also a 1.8, btw, and is a completely different motor.
[ February 18, 2003: Message edited by: Paragon ]

what year protege? i'm just curious. i know the 90-94 has a 1.8, the 95-98 has a 1.5 and a 1.8, and the 99+ have either a 1.8 or a 2.0. what year protege is that for, and how are you so sure it fits correctly? i'm amazed no one has used that header before, espically since it's a perfect fit.
[ February 18, 2003: Message edited by: Paragon ]

Hey everyone! I have a 1.6L 00 protege and I am on this board because I read that our cars have the same block. And I have seen guys mod lots of Mx3 stuff like strut bars to fit proteges. I am looking for a header and would like to know wich one you got and where from Jspecmazdaman! I have been looking into getting one made but it looks like it will be time consuming.
If you dont mind I would like to know the brand where you got it from and how much. For the 04 summer Im moving up to B-Mod in autocross so I am gathering components now so the 03-04 winter will be my construction period for the 04 summer.
Thanks
Simon.

Marlon, about your reply that the heads arent the same, since when did they sart bolting the manifold to the head? It only matters if the blocks are the same and they are.
