I have been thinking about making myself one. although the syncros are so far gone 1 - 3 it might not allow me to go into gear right now

he sold his car quite a while ago so i'm pretty sure he's not on the forums anymore but i'm pretty sure that shifter plate was custom made by a friend of his or something

Do you know if they are designed to work wit OE shifter? and would they still work with a Short throw?
