Simple. ANY viscosity will work properly, depending on engine temperature. As stated in BITOG, engines are designed for a viscosity of 10 centistokes. So, for a normal street car, that works around 210-230F, you need to use 30 weight. If your engine were to work at 190F, you'd need 20 weight. If you're racing the car, you'd need either 40 weight (250F), 50 weight (270F) or whatever viscosity will give you 10 psi per 1000rpm, at normal operating temp.

I personally want to thank everyone who's come forward with information on this topic. I did have a few questions initially, and I've had them all adequately answered! You guys are the best. I doubt I would know half what I do today about these cars without you!

I'd say thats a poor oil choice. Much too thick at start up and much too thick when running.

Not a bad choice for someone who has a crappy motor with bad rings haha.

well, the loud friction gear noise went 80% away. Also, it had better pickup probably cause then engine after 285,000km needed better cussion between rings. It just felt good. ALso, then engine ran cooler. It not something i would recommended to someone with a 200,000km engine. Since it never went below 18 degrees celcius in summer and and was like 35+ all day, i thought it might help me consume less oil until my swap. Basicly, didnt care at this point.

Ryan made a good guide on replacing those, I'll be doing that before my own swap, along with far too many other things. Basically, I don't want to pull it back out for something small I simply didn't remember to do. Bleh, my list grows daily.
