MX3 Auto lifespan?

I was just wondering to those of you who have owned an MX3, how long(km) does an average automatic MX3 last, meaning when does the transmission go out? I am thinking of getting one.<P>Also how is the 5-spd? Does there trans last longer? i know most cars the 5-spd last longer but there are a few where the auto are better.<P>Any input would be greatly appreciated.

i have a 5spd 92 with 183,000 miles and it runs just as good as my moms 97 sentra with 70,000 the only prb i have is that my hydrolic clutch is gonna go out pretty soon but others than that it's all good.

I have 210,000Kms on my auto and the biggest problem is that it kicks into second, but I heard they all do that.

I had to have the entire Auto Tranny rebuilt at 100K miles.....it sucks. I'm converting it to 5peed this summer.
