flood damage

what would a car that was damaged in a flood and is not running but will turnover need? the motor seems fine, im thinkin ecu is damaged. what else would need replaced?
some peoples kids.

check for water in oil, id recommend new filters, oil, tune-up.

I'd check compression or leak down. Never know if it 'hyrdaulicd' trying to compress water sucked through the intake.
