Bypass EGR ??
Bypass EGR ??
Hey just wondering if by bypassing the egr on the 1.6 DOHC will harm the engine or give it any more power?? I want to know because i am installing the Probe header and am not sure if it has the egr mount?, if someone knows if it does please let me know!!!! Thanks

i put a breather filter on my for my probe headers and i just sits there...lol works fine no light on and wont rob u of any power

It will probably fail the emissions if you leave it off.
The egr only operates at crusing speeds and not wide open throttle, so it dose'nt hurt performance in the least.
