can anyone tell me around how much it would be to rebuild an engine...i have a 1.6 dohc...i just need a general idea...thanks

depends on how much your rebuilding, the question is what did you do to make it need a rebuild? j/k but what happened?

This is the prices I paid in canadian $ for parts:
Hastings crome ring set $125.00
Federal mogal rod an main bearings $130.00
gasket set $145.00
exedy clutch kit $150.00
I did / am doing all the work myself so there is no labor costs.The job can be seen on my cardomain site below as it progresses.

nothing is really wrong with it..it is just old and its slowing down and it cannot keep up with my plans for my car...it has 136,000 miles on it...i want to prep it for turbo...can anyone give me some ideas. thanks
