I was putting my steering column back together when I saw A lone wire hangin loose.
It was a Green wire that came loose from a connector on the back of the key cylinder. There is the green wire and a red/yellow wire there too. I soldered the wire back on and put a new fuse back in. (I blew a fuse when putting a new bulb in the green key light).
Now when the door is open I get the ding ding ding noise, like I left my lights or keys in?? what's up with that??
Does anybody know what these wires are for?
If I disconnect the two wires My key ding and light ding still work.
any ideas?/???
