My stock 94 RS also has the same gear grinding problem with my new factory clutch. Actually my tech said the Napa clutches were holding up better than the factory Mazda ones so I got a Napa. My GS does not grind at all on the original clutch at 138 K miles.

Could be your shifter linkage is badly worn/rusted or broken and that makes it very hard to shift properly without grinding.

Just to post up the answer.
It was the Shifter stabilizer bar and bushings. got them replaced and put in my pacesetter short throw shifter but now its sooooooo hard to shift im hoping it just needs to break in because its difficult to pull in and out of gear like it takes extreme force

loosen up the bolt on the bottom of your shifter...you tightened it too much.
