well if its trying to start and just won't turn over then it sounds like a fuel problem... have you checked your fuel pump? fuel filter/lines? i don't know just some suggestions, also i know when i had bad plugs it would do that. i don't really know you probably have checked all this already..

Well, sorry I can't tell you what it is, but I can assure you its not frozen gasoline. That would be like freezing alcohol...which doesnt freeze at the north pole.

well, it might be bad gass did u put any stablizer in your tank when u put it in storage

The freezing point of JP-5 is – 51°F. The fuels used by other NATO countries and by commercial users vary widely

so average temp in january is -16....its very unlikely it froze fut is possible

sounds like it could be the distributor?? did you check for spark?
