I don't think there are many NA Inline 4's on the face of the earth that push past 300whp, let alone 500whp. Your goals are unrealistic.

Hmmm, I think 500whp is a stretch; even for the KL-ZE... The doge viper is 500 Hp and its a v-10... maybe you ought to get a muscle car if you want outrageous hp?

YEah i was about to say.. The guy never said it was n/a.. With FI Yeah i think it would be possible. Just tuning is VERY key. 93octane might be iffy but with the right Setup i think its very possible.

Just it will take a lot of reserach.

not too likley. you would be looking at about 250 maybe 300 tops with stock internals. its possable with the proper setup to get it alittle higher. i could see it maybe hitting around 350 with stock internals but it probably wouldent last too long.

I would like you to rub that buy some of the miata guys..
Tuneing is the key. you will see this said time and time again. If you want a huge margin of error..lower the compression and get strong ashell componets.

There is some info in the files you can download from the front page on Daves mx-3 which details his internal buildup.
