No...
From what I know you the safest you can bore the DOHC to would be 1.63l (1mm)...
It's already a bored block (came from an original 1.3 block)...
If you need more than that, upgrade to a BP or BPT engine (1.8 DOHC)....and if you need even more, get the 2.0 stroker kit for the BP engine from Flyin Miata
(cheap...around US$3.600,00) ouch!!
BTW, Toda Racing make forged oversized pistons for the B6 (yes, you can use some parts from the Miata engine...cams, pistons, rods...), that can increases the engine displacement for 1.722cc (CR= 11:1 !)..
