ignition system upgrade...is it plug and play ??????
new to the mx scene and looking under the hood of the whoopty and noticed an external coil ??? so the question is if i am to buy the msd blaster 2 coil and msd plug wires swap it for the factory set up will it work

i could be wrong but its the little black box like thing, it sits right next to the factory air box its got a wire coming from it going to the distrubtor cap....i'll go take a pic and post it....

Hey, i'm new to the mx's also, but i've had similar 4cyl cars that had the same setup, and all you have to do is figure which wire is the positive and negitive, and connect them to the corrects sides of the aftermarket coil. I'm about to do it to mine, once i get a little more money, and i'll tell ya how it goes. -Joe
